The NVQ Level 2 qualification aims to equip learners with the knowledge and ability for operating on a construction site. Ideal for beginners in the industry or those looking to upskill, this is a qualification that proves competence in a specific skill and also site health and safety. An NVQ Level 2 qualification will allow learners to progress and get their Blue CSCS card.
All Portland Training NVQs are competency-based with the candidate producing evidence of what they do in their work situation which becomes the basis of a portfolio that is assessed against the relevant occupational standard. Our expert assessors visit you during your normal job operations and assess you against the specific NVQ criteria.
