Fair Train

Fair Train developed the national Work Experience Quality Standard with support from the Department for Education, Ofsted, employers and learning providers across the country.

The Work Experience Quality Standard allows organisations to work towards a set of frameworks to ensure they are delivering a comprehensive programme, which is meaningful to young people.

We believe in Work Experience, for young people to bridge the gap between classroom and career and also for employers looking to recruit the best and see results.
