Customer service apprenticeships give you the opportunity to work within an exciting customer facing, problem solving role, where you will interact with many different people whilst developing your skills to enhance your career prospects.
You will combine both studying and working in a customer service environment, meaning you ‘earn whilst you learn’. Whilst studying to complete the level 2 standard you will receive support from Portland Training, your tutor/assessor and your employer. We understand a new role is sometimes daunting, but we will help guide you through your apprenticeship every step of the way. We will also help increase your employability skills by enhancing your maths and English knowledge with functional skills qualifications, if of course, you aren’t already exempt.
All this support will lead to you completing your end point assessment and gaining your customer service apprenticeship.
