The business administrator standard is designed to increase your skills, knowledge and behaviours in a business environment. Business administrators are highly adaptable and have a huge range of skills which are transferrable throughout the entire business. We will design your course to be bespoke to your company whilst outlining the transferrable skills you will learn to help you increase your career options.
You will combine both studying and working in a business environment, meaning you ‘earn whilst you learn’. Whilst studying to complete the level 3 standard you will receive support from Portland Training, your tutor/assessor and your employer. We understand a new role is sometimes daunting, but we will help guide you through your apprenticeship every step of the way. We will also help increase your employability skills by increasing your maths and English knowledge with functional skills qualifications if of course you aren’t already exempt.
All this support will lead to you completing your end point assessment.
