Portland Training offer flexible and bespoke training across a wide range of courses, within multiple sectors

Portland Training was incorporated in August 2014 by Hollie Warren, as a sister company to Dutton Recruitment. Dutton Recruitment has grown into one of the UK’s leading providers of quality personnel to industries including; Energy, Engineering, Construction, Health Care and Public Sector.

Portland Training was incorporated to upskill our employers workforce and to help learners to achieve their potential by gaining the skills they require in order to progress and achieve their goals with the guidance from our experienced trainers and assessors. Our learners are at the heart of what we do and we aim to provide them with funded training courses to sustain and progress them in their employment and for those learners that are unemployed we aim to provide them with the skills and confidence they need in order to access employment to increase their standard of living. With the partnership of Dutton Recruitment, we have the ability to give learners the opportunity of work placements and guaranteed interviews for paid employment.

Quality is fundamental to Portland Training and we go all out to ensure that we meet our employers’ training needs. We believe it is vital to make and maintain excellent employer relationships. Therefore, our senior management team meet with each of our employers to undertake a robust Training Needs Analysis so that we can create bespoke training solutions and provide funded training where possible, to ensure all of our employers’ needs are met and in the most efficient way.
